Corbin's playgroup experience

Its so hard to look for a playgroup here in Singapore. Its very very expensive like a month would mean 1 semester for a college student studying in a private university.

Im hesitant to enroll him in a real playgroup because the teachers might have a hard time to understand him. He is delayed in conversation. He can talk and can utter words which we cannot understand. Although, he can sing ABC and count 1-20, sing twinkle twinkle and utter few words. But not a whole conversation. Normally he just using hand gestures if he wants something, or he does it on his own. We taught him a few words, how to say his name and age, but it depends on his mood. In short he is not that attentive.

There is this school in AMK Hub we've inquired and explain Corby's situation. Thankfully she had a daughter who teaches small kids and she told us to contact her daughter for a tutorial class.

We were able to contact Ms. Sherlyn Chung. She's a nice lady who does alot of missionary works in the Philippines. She will teach Corbin MWF for 3 months and gage from that period his developments. She has a few kids who goes to her house as well to be tutored so its great that Corbin can mingle with a few kids too.

Thank God for this opportunity. God willing it will improve his conversational skills.

We love you Corbin!
